For the best board experience, we recommend a full board review every 2-3 years with a lighter review in between to check progress. For a significant change to the board or company, full board reviews are also recommended.

Quantitative Benchmark Surveys​

We have partnered with Board Benchmarking, the gold standard in governance surveys, to offer 360 degree board effectiveness surveys. 

​​The surveys use the world recognised WhatWhoHowDo framework, covering up to 20 dimensions that have been psychometrically validated to correlate strongly with board performance. Based on your need, there are four surveys to choose from (see below). 

Each board survey report will include benchmarked data from similar companies by size and sector, from a database of 600+ board reviews, and a set of recommendations to help boards improve performance and remain competitive. ​

As part of the Board review process, we offer virtual or in person confidential interviews to deep dive into individual survey responses and find critical insights for action.
