Mui Hoon POH is a highly regarded board director and business leader with deep roots in Asia and a global perspective. With over 25 years of leadership experience spanning listed companies, private enterprises, government-linked entities, and international charities, she has guided organizations through growth, transformation, and complex governance challenges.

​Known for her ability to scale businesses and lead strategic change, Mui Hoon has helmed executive roles across multiple sectors—including finance, technology, healthcare, energy, and digital commerce—building high-performing teams and unlocking new market value across Asia. Her leadership style is marked by commercial acumen, operational rigor, and a relentless focus on purposeful growth.

 

As a board director, Mui Hoon brings this same growth mindset into the boardroom. She is recognized for her strong stewardship and emphasis on performance—not just compliance. She has chaired audit, risk, and technology committees, and is known for helping boards sharpen strategic oversight, elevate governance effectiveness, and deliver tangible results.

 

Mui Hoon is a Senior Accredited Director and Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Directors, a Fellow of the Singapore Computer Society, and a Board Mentor with Criticaleye UK. Her academic foundation includes an MBA from Syracuse University, alongside advanced credentials in ESG, AI ethics, and digital strategy from Cambridge, Wharton, and IMD Lausanne.

 

As co-founder of BoardLens, Mui Hoon partners with organizations to help their boards become true enablers of enterprise value. Margaret RUMPF is a seasoned senior executive with over 25 years of global experience, scaling up and turning around large complex businesses. She is a highly networked leader who has advised investors, CEOs, industry associations, and regulators. Margaret has a strong track record in corporate governance, facilitating boardroom decisions in Asia and globally.

Margaret has chaired and served as a director on various Boards and Committees, where she has provided stewardship to significantly transform strategy, manage risk and strengthen corporate governance. She is well regarded in the boardroom for her ability to build trust and create the space for open discussions in different cultural settings.

Margaret’s board experience extends across publicly listed, private and not for profit organizations. Currently she is serving as a board director of ENVIROTAINER in Sweden, a Board Advisor and Exco member of Honour Singapore, a Committee Member at Singapore Institute of Directors and a Senior Business Advisor to A*STAR.

Margaret is also an operating partner at ARCHIMED, an international private equity firm based in France, where she collaborates with companies across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the United States to challenge the status quo and foster innovation and growth.

Margaret is an Accredited Director with the Singapore Institute of Directors and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She holds certifications in Advanced International Corporate Finance from INSEAD and Business and Sustainability from the University of Cambridge. Margaret is a trained Pharmacist with an MPH from the University of Melbourne, Australia.

 

As a co-founder of BoardLens, Margaret’s strength is at the intersection between the Board and Management, in understanding how to build an environment of trust that leads to better decision making and competitive performances. She is also particularly keen to leverage her deep Asian roots and global Board experience to help Asian boards stay ahead of global benchmarks.
